Description: White hair in white clothes and a coat beginning from the hips. A tattoo on the right side of his face.

In Megamerged form he wears a black helm with crimson front, cross formed blue crystal and yellow attachments on the backside of the helm. Black jacked with golden ring and a blue crystal in the middle of the jacked. Wears on Arms and legs, black colored protectors and crimson shoes. From the back golden hair flows down

Bern is a calm and calculating man. Nobody seems to really know what is in his mind and at times he shows signs of madness. After killing Master Thomas he took over the LEgion by legal holes in the laws but shows a public image of a caring leader. He announced that humanity must be turned into reploids or being destroyed but is this all the truth about his plans?

Abilities:

Aside from his mind that allows him to even trick people deeply he  demonstrated following abilities while Megamerged with Model B and O

Sword Combat: Bern has enough training to hold somewhat his own with trained Swordsman

Blaster Cannon: Due the doublemegamerge of B and O he obtains an arm blaster that can shoot even charged blasts.

Copy Ability: Like the Original Megaman, Bass and X this BioMetal Combination can copy the weapons of fallen Enemies.

Arc blade: A spinning attack which ice projectiles shoot in every direction.
If other Abilities exist they are not currently known.

Relationships:

Bern's shows a relative small set of Relationships since the most are his underlings.

Daniel: Used to be friends but now only interested in Daniel's CBE System.

Zero: Shows respect for the legendary Reploid

Master Thomas: Once a follower of him, Bern betrayed Master Thomas by killing him and took over Legion and the secret organization of Master Thomas.

Bass: Respect for him due being the base for Model B but else Bass is not even worth of Bern's attention
